How is BMI calculated?
BMI = Weight (kg) ÷ Height (m)². For example: 70kg ÷ (1.75 × 1.75) = BMI 22.9 (Normal). Under 18.5 = Underweight. 18.5–24.9 = Normal. 25–29.9 = Overweight. 30+ = Obese.
How many calories should I eat per day?
The default is 2,000 kcal — a general average for adults. Your ideal intake depends on age, gender, weight, and activity level. You can change the goal in the Diet Tracker. For personalised advice, consult a doctor or nutritionist.
